Answers are entered in any of the eight orthogonal or diagonal directions. When multiple entries begin at the same numbered square, their clues are given in alphabetical order by answer. When only a single entry begins at a numbered square, either the enumeration or direction is given, but not both.
In four clues, the wordplay indicates only some of the letters of the entry suggested by the definition. When this occurs, the wordplay letters should be entered in the grid and the rest of the entry should be blank. The unclued entry at 30 suggests another way this grid could be filled.
Clicking a numbered cell will show the clue above the grid. A plus next to the clue number indicates there are multiple associated clues. When this happens click multiple times to cycle through the clues.
